Our CNC Milling and Turning Machines are programmed by highly skilled staff using state of the art CAD/CAM software.They can import customer drawing files and produce toolpaths from them. Because they do not have to repeat the drawing process, time is saved and the cost of product is reduced.

Drawing File Formats and Converters

RMW Witney have the ability to import or convert all the major cad drawing formats including DXF, DWG, CADL, IGES, VDA-FS, SOLIDWORKS, PARASOLIDS, UNIGRAPHICS, CATIA V1-4.

Using Customer Programmes

RMW Witney's investment in CAD/CAM software to drive our CNC Machines gives us the flexibility to use customer drawings or Post-Processed and Proven Programme files on our machines whether they are Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, Bosch, Deckel. This flexibility enables RMW to save our customers time and money.

We've all been in the situation when the chaos factor kicks in... a machine goes down, staff are sick all at once, or....it snows. The customer is screaming but the price on the job means it can't be Sub-Contracted out.
