Our Doosan Lynx 300M CNC turn + mill facility enables our machinist to carry out more operations in one set up saving time, inhancing quality and accuracy. It is fitted with bar loader/feeder enabling fully automated CNC Machined Parts during the day or at night reducing costs for the customer. At RMW Witney Ltd we possess 2 conventional lathes; a colchester lathe and a Tos lathe.

We machine from customer designed components or can use our 30 plus years of engineering experience to assist in the designs, working with our customers to find the most economical way for producing the products suitable for thier use.

RMW Witney ltd also offer conventional turning for the smaller jobs to save you time and money. Our expertly trained workforce have been trained to specialise in either CNC machine work or Conventional machine work allowing them to gain skills that surpass those of competitors and make them an expert in their trade.

Materials that we machine range from plastics, brass, coppers and aluminiums to mild and stainless steels, bronzes and tool steels. All our machines are set up to handle these materials and we keep a lot of material in stock in an attempt to reduce lead times.

We can manage Electroplating, Powder Coating, Phosphate and many more surface treatments for all our manufactured components depending on customer needs.
